## Job description

岗位职责
- 新业务承接统筹管理 负责统筹承接业务方提出的新需求，进行承接可行性评估、承接模式设计（包括业务模式、规则、流程的设计）及推动落地
- 业务流程SOP管理 （1）负责客服中心各业务线流程及SOP的梳理、撰写及管理，对接知识管理，质检管理、培训管理等形成管理改善闭环，实现流程精益 （2）负责建立与公司战略规划、前线业务动态，客服中心各部门自身变革动态对应的信息滚动机制，确保业务流程及SOP准确度。
- 业务场景挖掘 对接AI发展战略，挖掘业务场景，推动业务智能化变革。
- 负责日常客服中心各部门间关于业务管理工作的统筹及沟通协调 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历，有1年以上流程管理优化相关工作经验；
- 熟悉金融行业基本情况，对综合金融服务场景有一定的认知；
- 具有良好的沟通表达、用户需求分析和理解能力；
- 熟练运用EXCEL、PPT等办公软件具有良好文案及表达，能使用PPT进行项目或业务运营报告；
- 工作细致，具有良好的团队合作精神，高度的责任感，较强的适应、沟通、表达能力，且具有一定的承压能力。
