## Job description

岗位职责 1、主要通过电话的方式通知银行内部信用卡逾期客户进行提醒及督促客户尽快缴纳银行欠款，维护客户信用记录并挽回银行损失为最终目的。 2、对逾期账户的情况进行整理分析，实行分类管理，根据客户实际要求做相应业务处理，及时反馈问题，向专业公司发起协办请求，配合其他催收方式的开展。 任职资格
- 大学专科及以上学历，专业不限（需要拿到毕业证和学信网电子注册备案表）。
- 抗压能力强，思维灵活，富有激情，勇于挑战高薪。
- 普通话清晰，沟通表达能力好。
