## Job description

岗位职责
- 调研业务需求、行业产品趋势，参与制定CMS平台中长期产品规划及版本迭代路线；
- 持续优化CMS平台搭建流程、组件生态及操作体验，降低运营人员搭建门槛；
- 通过数据分析和运营反馈，针对性优化产品流程，提升平台稳定性、易用性及搭建效率；
- 通过数据分析和客户反馈，持续提升活动页面承载能力及C端用户访问体验，助力业务活动效果提升；
- 能结合和利用AI工作，实现AI在日常工作和产品中的应用。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备一年以上产品/前端技术相关工作经验，有CMS、营销中台或低代码可视化搭建平台项目经验者优先；
- 具备扎实的逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力及跨部门沟通协调能力；
- 熟悉人机协同搭建流程设计，能独立完成产品需求分析与方案设计；
- 爱好学习，乐于探索新技术、新趋势，了解AI大模型并有一定的应用经验。
