## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责个团契约、保全的受理，处理契约、保全函件回销、归档个团契约、保全资料，保证个团契约处理时效；
- 负责个团契约、保全规则更新、宣导，并处理黑名单规则；
- 负责个团保单打印、管理单证征订；
- 团险线上投保企业审核及团险协议定义复核
- 个险核保拦截、前置核保任务、稽核或合规日常等任务反馈
- 处理契约保全转账失败件
- 处理咨诉及业务端契约、保全、核保类的咨询、信息需求及投诉
- 领导交代的其他工作 任职资格
- 本科，学士学位以上学历，专业不限，但要求具备保险基础知识，对行业保险产品有基础认知。
- 金融、保险行业相关工作经验，具有与契约保全工作经验，具备人身险公司核保工作经验者优先考虑。
- 熟悉使用office、wps等工作软件，具备基础的PPT展示功能，能独立制作岗位专业相关培训课件并流畅宣讲培训。
- 性格开朗、积极向上、具有服务意识与集体意识，认同本公司文化价值观。
