## Job description

岗位职责 1.协助投诉案件处理，与客户沟通并安抚，保证不案件不升级，妥善处理；当地监管转办案件处理，办结行文报告。 2.执行并落实分公司的投诉相关制度，整理流程和规则建议，推动服务体验不断完善。 3协助.咨诉日报、周报、月报及内部投诉专项报告的撰写；投诉根因分析，推动责任部门问题优化，提升客户体验。 4.协助当地监管定期拜访，汇报投诉管理工作，了解最新政策；监管季报、半年报、年报报送工作；3.15消费者权益等各类活动。 5.负责客户服务工作，检视机构触点NPS调研问题，推动客户体验提升，客户信息管理制度落实及问题分析整改，提升服务评价。 6.协助处理理赔协谈、理赔数据分析，承接理赔指标。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历； 2.3年以上理赔、咨诉等运营工作经验 ； 3.耐心细致、善于沟通、情绪自我调节能力强，能承受客户压力。
