## Job description

岗位职责

### 数据产品规划与设计
- 负责公司内部数据治理及数据安全管控平台规划及建设，通过工具平台实现线上化、智能化管控，提升数据治理和安全管控能力。

### 项目管理与落地
- 协调各方资源，主导数据产品从概念到上线的全过程，确保项目成功交付。

### 业务赋能与挖掘
- 围绕总部/分公司数字化转型事项，深入业务场景（如销售/理赔/服务等），通过数据挖掘与产品建设，赋能业务增长与效率提升。
- 其他领导交办任务。 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、统计、数学等相关专业优先。 2. 3年以上数据产品经理、数据分析或相关领域工作经验，有保险、金融或互联网行业背景更佳。 3. 熟悉数据产品开发流程，具备良好的数据敏感度和业务理解能力。 4. 掌握SQL等数据处理工具，具备一定数据分析和建模能力。 5. 具备出色的沟通能力、逻辑思维和团队协作精神。
