## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责健康险产品的设计与优化，确保产品符合市场需求;
- 制定并执行销售支持策略，提升销售团队的产品推广能力;
- 分析销售数据，识别销售趋势并提出改进建议;
- 与市场团队协作，制定市场推广计划并推动实施;
- 与客户服务团队协作，解决客户问题并提升客户满意度;
- 定期进行市场调研，了解竞争对手动态并提出应对策略;
- 组织销售团队的产品培训，提升团队专业知识水平;
- 协调跨部门资源，推动产品优化及销售支持项目落地。 任职资格
- 具备健康险产品相关经验，熟悉健康险市场及产品特性;
- 具备销售支持相关经验，能够为销售团队提供有效支持;
- 具备数据分析能力，能够分析销售数据并提出改进建议;
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与跨部门团队协作;
- 具备项目管理能力，能够推动产品优化及销售支持项目落地;
- 具备健康险行业知识，了解相关政策及法规。
