## Job description

岗位职责 1.负责对口营业区、网点的专员队伍经营、培训； 2负责对口营业区、包片网点代理人队伍资源挖掘、专业产品支持、项目陪展支持。 3.聚焦团非产品支持、案例制作、陪展支持等相关产品方面赋能。 任职资格 1．了解寿渠业务模式，具备较强客户挖潜、项目开拓、客户经营能力。 2．新任人员一年内需通过至少一门非车险核保考试，如到岗两年内仍未通过，需予以置换。 3．资深核保（2年及以上）、养老险产品经理、上年度考核B以上内化推动专员优先。
