## Job description

岗位职责

### 大数据分析
- 负责经营数据体系的搭建及基础客群数据分析，通过数据体系的监控，给出针对性的业务解决策略；

### 业务联动
- 与获客、经营相关部门紧密合作，参与基础零售业务策略的规划和优化，提出数据驱动的建议和方案，并推动落地，共担部门经营类指标达成；

### 重点项目支持
- 负责重点项目的数据运营支持；
- 客群经营类相关数据分析及报告产出；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历

### 工作经验
- 1年以上银行相关工作经验，具备数据分析1年以上工作经验优先；

### 素质要求
- 较强的沟通协调能力、抗压能力、学习能力、执行力，一定的文字表达、数据分析、独立思考能力，有较强的责任心、良好的团队合作精神；熟练使用WORD、PPT及EXCEL等办公软件，风险与合规意识突出。
