## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面负责部门管理工作，贯彻落实总行及上级管辖分行的公司、小企业业务相关政策；制定部门工作计划，并组织实施。
- 组织落实分行公司、小企业业务经营计划，推动公司、小企业业务绩效激励目标的实现；组织实施分行公司、小企业产品营销计划，持续提升产品销售绩效。
- 组织开展分行公司、小企业业务调查研究工作，指导市场部门的公司、小企业业务经营工作；组织设计营销方案、营销模式，建立营销体系，协助经营单位做好重要客户的营销。
- 组织拟订分行公司、小企业业务团队建设方案，实施落实分行公司、小企业业务团队激励措施，特别是公司、小企业客户经理、产品经理队伍建设、管理和培训工作。
- 负责开展与公司、小企业业务有关的内外部沟通与协调工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、5年以上经济金融工作经验，熟悉政府、财政、机构类相关业务知识及政策法规； 3、思维敏捷、逻辑严谨、锐意创新，具有良好的职业素养和职业操守； 4、具有良好的分析判断、团队协作及业务创新能力；具有良好的沟通与表达能力；责任心强，能适应高强度工作压力。
