## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责管理支付账户交易验证策略及风险交易监测规则和模型体系，保障账户安全，有效识别伪冒开户、账户盗用、涉电信网络诈骗、洗钱交易等风险。
- 负责反作弊规则、模型体系建设，识别各类营销活动中可能出现的水军、黄牛行为并采取相应管控措施，
- 对关键风险指标进行监控，研究分析内外部风险案件，总结归纳欺诈案件特点和作案手法，持续完善相关规则、模型，保障规则模型覆盖率和准确性处于行业领先水平；
- 统筹建设风控数据集市和特征因子库并随业务发展持续更新维护
- 积极配合公司重点项目、监管专项工作等部门安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科学历及以上，数学与应用数学、统计、金融工程相关专业优先；
- 有三年以上第三方支付公司、银行、信用卡中心、卡组织风险规则、模型开发经验，了解支付行业主要业务模式、风险类型、案件手法和管控措施。
- 熟练掌握常用统计方法及机器学习、深度学习算法，具备较强的模型评估及解释能力，熟练使用Python、HIVESQL、Tableau等工具。
- 逻辑思维、快速学习能力强，乐于团队协作和沟通，工作主动积极，具备一定抗压力；
