## Job description

岗位职责
- 大专及以上学历（应届毕业生亦可）；
- 不要求有相关经历（入职后即可享全方位系统化带薪培训以及资深经理全程一对一带教，助你提升业务水平），有经验优先；
- 勤奋、有强烈的进取心，性格外向，沟通表达能力强；
- 工作积极主动，有良好的职业操守 任职资格
- 专业提供客户融资解决方案；
- 在目标市场建立并维护好稳定的客户群，为符合客户做二次开发；
- 负责渠道建设和维护工作，在目标市场搭建渠道体系；
- 负责相应贷款产品的服务与品牌推广和团队管理工作
