## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助支行长做好业务团队管理，结合业务团队的特点，分解和制定达成团队业务目标的具体工作计划；
- 通过有效的日常活动量管理与针对性的辅导训练，提升团队成员技能和产能；
- 组织团队成员建立、维护和管理所属客户及潜在客户关系，陪同拜访客户，协助维护大客户，提供高水平的服务；
- 对团队成员的客户经营关系做好日常分配和结构调整，提高效率、确保公平；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营，协调处理客户投诉 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 原则上应具有3年以上营销经验，丰富的营销专业知识，熟悉各种金融产品及相关业务；
- 具有团队管理及组织能力，有较强的的营销能力；
- 良好的职业道德，无不良信用记录。
