## Job description

岗位职责
- 积极研究和贯彻总行业务模式，执行总行的各项政策、制度；
- 研究与落实总行投资策略等，组织对理财经理的辅导和培训，提高理财经理队伍银保营销能力；
- 赋能经营高净值客户，组织客户沙龙活动、为客户提供资产配置建议等，实现客户财富的保值增值，增加客户忠诚度和满意度；
- 其他银保业务营销及管理动作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融、保险、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上银保或高端保险销售经验； 3、具备优秀的沟通表达能力、客户服务意识及目标达成能力。
