## Job description

岗位职责
- 通过晨会宣导、重点人员沟通、沙龙组织等手段建立营业区部关系，通过MGM、安享赚方式拓展业务；
- 重点业务人员的俱乐部运作；
- 分A板块的资产、存款、财客，L板块的各类贷款，银证寿开户、交易性证券资产，寿险代发等，产品线丰富，成长空间可期；
- 保证各项业务工作的合规开展。 任职资格
- 两年以上银行、保险等金融行业零售业务从业经验；
- 热爱集团渠道沟通及协调工作，开朗热情且富有亲和力；
- 抗压能力出色，具备营销技能。
