## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接和维护支行分层经营客户，保持客户资产规模并取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度；
- 通过MGM和自拓增加财富客户，促进潜力客户升级；不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议和理财方案，实现客户财富的保值增值；全方面满足客户需求，开展交叉销售，以资产配置方式向客户销售银行和集团各子公司金融产品，促进客户升级；
- 积极配合和参与财富团队管理，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规。 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历； 2. 1年及以上银行工作经验，熟悉财富管理、金融业务拓展； 3. 具备基金从业资格证；有AFP、CFP等相关理财从业资格证者优先； 4. 抗压能力强，有较强的沟通协调能力； 5. 遵纪守法、合规意识强，无违法记录或行业不良记录。
