## Job description

岗位职责 （一）负责达成公司规定的个人业绩目标及品质指标。 （二）掌握相关服务流程，按照公司电话咨询标准，开展公司相关的咨询或服务，并详细、准确记录咨询过程及相关信息，为客户提供快速、准确与专业的服务。 （三）适时反馈培训需求，并协助、参与培训，提升个人专业知识及技能，实现个人成长。 （四）及时反馈工作中存在的问题，反馈所掌握的客户、市场动态等信息，以便公司及时解决、改善。 （五）积极执行公司政策，完成公司交办的其它工作。 任职资格 1、大专及以上学历 2、年龄35周岁以下
