## Job description

岗位职责
- 辅助咨询中心总监、营业部经理管理咨询队伍；
- 营造咨询中心积极争先的良好气氛；
- 管理咨询顾问/团队主管素质，制定咨询顾问/团队主管培训计划；
- 执行公司各项规章制度，负责中心、营业部的合规工作；
- 负责中心内咨询顾问的增员任务,达成中心满编率；
- 制定创说会等增员活动的开展计划,执行和落实增员招聘流程,负责增员切筛,进行候选人的首次面试；
- 负责MOB0-2咨询顾问的制式培训、销售话术及销售技巧训练、辅导工作，提升咨询顾问综合素质； 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年新人组训工作经验 2.2年以上金融从业经历，其中1年以上组训经验者优先 3.具备数据分析能力、较强的培训能力，富有工作热情 4.具有较强的沟通协调及表达能力、组织策划能力
