## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责制定营销活动方案、产品营销策略，有效推动方案实施、达成预定目标；
- 负责督导业务团队的产能、考核各项业绩指标的达成情况，负责业务团队的绩效评定和奖费分配管理；
- 定期统计分析业务数据，为部门业务发展做好数据支持；
- 负责零售条线业务系统管理，做好用户权限设置、管户调整等工作；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 抗压能力、沟通能力强，有良好的团队合作意识和执行力，有优秀领悟、分析并解决问题的能力；
- 逻辑分析能力强，熟练运用办公软件PPT、EXCEL等；
- 职业操守良好，合规风险意识强，无违法违纪行为；
- 具有相关业务经验者优先。
