## Job description

岗位职责
- 依据医保政策及条款协议做案件扣费，包括查库扣费、责任扣费、减损扣费等；
- 根据作业规则将影响自动审核的部分信息进行预审；
- 根据案件情况，结合理赔作业规则，对医疗险案件进行核责定损、风险管控；
- 收集反馈业务处理中发现的理赔信息、系统运作及业务流程问题，提供对策依据。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历优先，金融、医学、法律相关专业优先；
- 具有保险公司理赔岗位2年以上工作经验优先；
- 有一定的法律/医学知识基础，经验丰富，掌握保险知识，熟悉公司险种条款；
- 具备一定的主动专研能力，抗压能力强，具有一定的决断能力。
