## Job description

岗位职责 1、根据分行要求，统筹制定并监督落实公司业务团队整体经营指标、业务拓展计划、做好银政、银企关系维护； 2、统筹公司团队业务拓展、人员管理，推动经营目标达成。创建良好工作氛围，做好团队建设与人才培养工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 八年及以上营销经验，具备丰富的市场营销专业知识，熟悉各种金融产品及相关业务；
- 丰富的市场开拓经验，较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力；
- 具有跨界、重要行业或科技业务经验，业务资源特别丰富的高潜人才优先；
- 无违法记录或行业不良记录。
