## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责小微企业主及个人信用类产品营销、客户开拓和维护；
- 聚焦商机营销和存量客户经营，包括意向客户挖掘转化、业务经办承接；
- 负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作，如实介绍产品并告知客户相关权益和义务；
- 落实贷款业务经办承办、贷中、贷后管理，为客户提供综合服务，提升存量客户续借复贷等；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，特别优秀者可放宽至大专学历；
- 熟悉基本财务会计知识，具备基本的信贷与财务分析判断能力；
- 需具备2年及以上银行零售信贷业务经办经验，拥有普惠金融业务经办经验者优先考虑；
- 沟通及表达能力佳，具备较好的抗压能力；
- 具有良好的团队协作意识与态度，良好的沟通能力；
- 具有个贷销售经历或个贷资源者优先，熟悉产业集群、商圈、产业链等客户、行业；
- 无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录；符合平安银行亲属回避政策。
