## Job description

岗位职责
- 面向银行、保险客户，挖掘客户经营与营销需求，设计 AI 营销解决方案。
- 围绕客户画像、客群筛选、线索挖掘、多渠道触达与销售跟进，规划业务流程及系统对接方案。
- 负责客户交流、方案编写、产品演示及招投标技术支持。
- 协同产品、研发和 FDE 团队推进试点与项目落地，明确实施范围和验收标准。
- 总结项目经验，沉淀可复用的行业方案和场景模板。 任职资格 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、信息管理、市场营销等相关专业。 3.5 年及以上解决方案、金融科技或企业数字化相关经验。 4.熟悉银行或保险业务，有客户经营、CRM、营销自动化或智能外呼项目经验。 5.理解 AI 应用、数据分析及系统集成，能将业务需求转化为可落地的方案。
- 具备良好的客户沟通、方案撰写和跨团队协作能力，能适应项目出差。
- 有金融行业 AI 项目从试点到正式上线经验者优先。
