## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责审查零售贷款资料的完整性与规范性；
- 负责全面分析客户信用情况、财务风险及预期财务能力，评估贷款申请的合规性、出具审批结论；
- 负责根据监管及我行政策，对申请件是否符合政策以及有无其他信用风险进行初步评估，提出合理的贷款方案建议；
- 定期总结征信调查过程发现的问题，对零售贷款作业流程、风险政策提出改进建议。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备3年及以上的的银行信贷管理从业经验，且个人信用记录及从业记录良好；
- 具备正直、诚实的品质，责任心强，具有良好的敬业精神和职业道德；
- 熟悉零售信贷风险知识，具备授信风险分析和评价能力，能制定有效的风险管理措施；
- 熟悉有关经济、金融及有关法律法规、监管政策以及银行基本风险管理制度及规定。
