## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责管理固定收益投资组合，根据产品合同以及投决会的授权，制定组合投资策略，执行相关的投资运作，对组合的投资业绩负责；
- 根据业务需要，参与固收相关的宏观研究、品种研究、策略制定、体系建设等工作；
- 制定组合的固收投资计划、总结及各类报告，配合定期或不定期汇报等客户沟通工作，促进相关业务发展；
- 其他与组合投资管理相关的工作。 任职资格 1、毕业于国内外重点高校，硕士及以上学历，金融基础知识扎实； 2、3年以上买方相关投资管理工作经验，有良好的公开可追溯投资业绩者优先考虑； 3、工作态度积极主动、认真负责，具有良好的沟通协调能力、对市场反应敏感、风险控制能力强，能够承受较大工作压力，为人真诚靠谱。
