## Job description

岗位职责 （一）投诉倾向客户拦截； （二）客户投诉问题处理，包括但不限于核实、调查、回复、 结案； （三）疑难案件、高风险事件处置； （四）权限范围处理方案制定； （五）完成公司要求的其它工作事项。 任职资格 （一）本科以上学历，有1 年以上客服、投诉处理工作经验； （二）具有银行、互联网金融、融资担保公司等金融类机构 工作背景优先； （三）有较强的沟通能力、学习能力及执行力、逻辑思维清晰； （四）熟练使用办公软件。
