## Job description

岗位职责

### 全栈开发
- 负责数字韧性管理平台、运维风险管控平台、基 础 资 源 监 控 平 台的技术方案设计、开发、优化，含前端、后端、Skills。
- 研发高并发、高可靠、拓展性强的服务端系统，满足复杂业务场景的需求。
- 负责现有平台持续优化和创新，主导技术架构升级和智能化转型。
- 使用AI Coding工具并融入日常开发流程，覆盖前后端需求开发联调、性能优化和测试等全场景。 任职资格 1.大学本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业（高等优先）； 2.3年以上开发工作经验，具备全栈开发能力，熟悉主流前后端技术栈和系统架构设计； 3.有微服务开发经验，熟练使用springboot、springcloud、mybatis等技术框架； 4.熟悉数据库调优，熟悉常用数据库mysql，mongodb，redis，熟悉kafka中间件，了解docker，k8s等； 5.熟练使用AI Coding工具，能将AI融入编码、排障、Review和测试等全环节；具备驾驭AI能力，含输出质量判断、上下文约束引导，漏洞和风险识别等场景； 6.有AI Agent相关技术或框架，如Dify、Coze、LangChain、AgentScope、RAG等建设经验优先。
