## Job description

岗位职责

### 一、业务开拓
- 负责积极寻找并开拓新的政府保险业务市场，了解政府部门的保险需求，制定相应的市场拓展策略；
- 进行商务谈判，签订保险合同，并确保销售目标的达成；
- 与客户保持密切联系，了解客户的保险需求，提供优质服务，维护客户关系；
- 与产品、客户服务、财务等部门保持密切沟通，确保业务流程顺畅进行；
- 定期向领导汇报工作进展、市场情况等信息。

### 二、客户经营

1、维护与政府机构、事业单位、公益组织等客户的关系，提升客户满意度。 2、续保方案制定、追踪、达成。 任职资格
- 本科及其以上学历，保险、金融学、市场营销、法律、公共管理、工商管理等相关专业。
- 能够独立进行对外谈判和合作沟通，整合商务方案深入拓展业务关系。
- 五年以上政府合作保险业务销售、管理或政府相关单位工作经历，有政府业务现有商机者优先。
- 具有良好的沟通表达能力、逻辑分析能力，有丰富的跨团队、部门的项目资源整合能力。
- 目标导向意识和责任心强，较强的突发事件应急处理能力及抗压能力。
