## Job description

岗位职责
- 各类客户咨询服务处理；
- 各类客户投诉案件处理；
- 咨询投诉案件复盘分析，溯源整改优化；
- 其他咨诉工作及领导安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有保险行业客诉经验工作经营者优先；
- 具有良好的数据分析能力、沟通协调能力，善于归纳总结；
- 品行端正，具有强烈的责任心和自驱力，优秀的学习能力和抗压能力。
