## Job description

岗位职责
- 对本支行的AUM、存款、客户数、营收负责，根据支行特点，制定达成业务目标的具体工作计划。
- 通过有效的日常活动量管理与辅导训练，带领团队成员完成团队业务发展目标，维持本支行成员稳定性。
- 协调和处理客户投拆。
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保日常管理和业务行为符合行内的合规和风控要求。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历。
- 有3-5年相关工作经验。
- 具备基金从业资格证证书。
- 具备领悟融会、动手实战、沟通协作、商敏直觉、创新变革的能力。
