## Job description

岗位职责
- 车险事故及损失信息的查勘、定损立案，判断保险责任；
- 协助客户处理事故善后理赔工作；
- 指导客户填写及收集索赔资料；
- 完成公司指定其他客户服务工作，提升公司服务口碑；
- 执行上级安排的其他相关工作。 任职资格

### 本科以上学历，专业
- 交通运输、交通工程、车辆工程、机械设计制造及其自动化。
- 认同平安企业文化；坚持原则，耐心细致，有很强工作责任心。
- 具备较强的沟通能力、逻辑分析能力和表达能力。
- 有C1驾照，能吃苦耐劳，抗压能力较强。
