## Job description

岗位职责

一、 梳理项目进展，调研确定人员培训需求

二、 根据项目需求制定高效培训方案

三、 制定合理的服销质检管理标准及管理制度标准

四、 监控服销质检，确保项目操作合规性

五、 以激励形式对各系列服销工作过程开展有效推动

六、 搭建薪酬、考核、激励等体系，检测推动效果 任职资格 (一）统招全日制本科以上学历，市场、管理类专业优先； (二)对团队建设有一定经验，具备营造团队积极氛围的能力，有一定销售感； (三)两年以上工作经历、有一线团队管理经验优先； (四)工作热情、有激情，有较强人际沟通能力； (五）有较强的编写PPT及Word、Excel能力；
