## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司个人业务营销支持与推动，落实总部各项激励方案的配套案推动、追踪及实施，制定机构各项激励方案，并推动实施等。
- 运用各类营销管理方式及创新方式追踪督导公司个人业务板块各项指标的达成；
- 针对渠道特点组织开展产品培训，包括产品宣讲、渠道政策解读、产品销售技巧等。
- 领导交办的其他工作任务。 任职资格
- 全日制本科学历及以上；金融、保险类等相关专业 ；
- 有相关保险行业工作经验；
- 较好的团队合作意识；
- 积极向上，做事认真负责，执行力强。
