## Job description

岗位职责

### 短险业务推动
- 日常业务分析及追踪；方案宣导、追踪、兑现；产说会组织；重点人群追踪；续期业务追踪；行销工具管理等。

### 辅导训练
- 业务员产品培训及展业辅导，制式课程授课、非制式课程开发及授课组织。

### 产品支持
- 短险产品咨询及展业支持。
- 与相关部门沟通协调。
- 相关契约、保全问题件沟通与追踪。 任职资格 具备较强的学习意愿及执行力，有持续发展意愿，曾有医疗险销售推动工作经验者优先
