## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责长期激励日常运作
- 协助专项方案评估及落地
- 规范工作流程，优化长期激励系统，推动全流程线上化
- 结合实际需要，规划并搭建长期激励数据看板 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3-8年工作经验，计算机类、数据分析等相关专业优先
- 有一定的甲方薪酬/数据类工作经验，具备较强的数据处理能力，有人力资源数字化、长期激励、公司治理等相关经验优先
- 数据敏感、逻辑清晰，有较强的责任心、自驱力、推动力，思维开放，善于跨团队沟通协作
