岗位职责
- 发展主体的增员训练推动；
- 发展主体增员和招聘的辅导、推动、评估；
- 增员活动策划、推动和举办等。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，学历证和学位证齐全；
- 较好人际的沟通能力；
- 工作细心，有耐心，有强的执行力
- 有一定的规划/组织能/推动能力；
- 有一定授课经验。
