## Job description

岗位职责 1、网点日常统筹管理运营，组织会议、人员管理、早夕会督导训练； 2、推动网点人力、业务经营目标达成。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限；
- 了解保险行业和相关业务推动的流程；
- 具备一定的组织能力、沟通能力、数据分析能力；
- 具备较好的市场敏感力，营销感强；
