## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责分行对公授信业务的贷前检查、核查；
- 指导经营单位放款前有效落实审批条件，必要时履行放款前风险核查、检查工作，以及面签、核保工作等；
- 监督分行的对公授信贷后管理工作，包括授信风险日常和定期监测、重点和组合监测工作；
- 负责分行对公授信业务的风险分类动态调整，风险持续跟踪；
- 对出现风险预警信号的授信、问题授信以及影响授信安全的重大事件，进行及时监督管理；
- 根据监管和总分行要求开展各类风险排查工作，对风险事件、行业趋势、业务流程、金融政策等提出风险提示和管理建议。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，经济、金融专业优先；
- 三年以上公司信贷、审计、法律等业务相关的从业经验，熟悉公司业务，熟悉国家经济金融政策、会计、财务制度等知识；
- 工作主动，责任心强，具备较强学习能力、分析能力、沟通协调能力及文字写作能力；
- 具备良好的个人品质，无违规违纪及其他不良行为。
