## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责小微企业主及个人信用类产品营销、客户开拓和维护；
- 聚焦商机营销和存量客户经营，包括意向客户挖掘转化、业务经办承接；
- 负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作，如实介绍产品并告知客户相关权益和义务；
- 落实贷款业务经办承办、贷中、贷后管理，为客户提供综合服务，提升存量客户续借复贷等；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规。 任职资格
- 原则上本科及以上学历；
- 具备零售贷款、普惠、对公1年以上工作经验者优先；
- 较强的市场营销能力或潜力，有本地“熟人圈”、商圈、产业链上下游、商会资源者优先；
- 良好的职业道德，无不良信用记录，无监管机构金融违规记录，符合合规要求。
