## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责核算公司各类员工的薪资，管理社保公积金服务商，制定当月薪资报表；
- 梳理和优化薪酬工作流程以确保其准确性和高效性；
- 负责年度人工成本预算，对比实际月度人工成本数据，定期提交人力成本分析报告。 任职资格 1、全日制本科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业优先； 2、3年以上薪酬福利相关工作经验，2年以上互联网公司薪酬福利经验； 3、了解薪酬福利体系和流程，熟悉薪酬福利的法律法规； 4、逻辑思维能力强，善于进行数据分析，具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力； 5、具备良好的职业操守、强烈的敬业精神与责任感，抗压能力强。
