## Job description

岗位职责
- 企微中台规划与建设 负责企业微信中台的整体规划与建设，确保系统稳定、高效运行，满足银行业务发展需求。 建立企微物料库、待办中心、营销助手、AI回复助手等队伍经营工具插件，赋能运营及一线队伍提效 对接企业微信官方团队紧密合作，基于官方企微产品迭代升级评估行内产品应用并同步升级。
- 企微账号管理与连接 -负责企业微信账号的创建、维护与管理，确保账号信息的准确性和安全性。 -建立并迭代优化智能活码等企微连接迁徙能力，基于业务需求迭代升级，并确保数据互通与业务协同。
- 策略下发与评价管理 根据业务需求，构建企微策略下发及复盘能力，迭代提升企微策略精准下发能力，并基于客户体验建立精准频控及免打扰机制 基于效果监测建立并迭代完善系统数字化策略评价管理体系，持续推动优化策略效率。
- 消保合规 基于行内各业务消保合规等管理要求，在企微经营全流程中建立事前事中事后数字化管理风控能力并联动各渠道迭代完善
- 创新业务支持 支持总分行各业务线创新业务经营模式的建立，通过企业微信中台为创新业务提供技术支持与业务协同，推动银行业务的快速增 任职资格 希望寻找具备远见卓识、创新精神和执行力的产品经理，作为连接银行业务与客户的重要桥梁，支持总分行创新业务经营模式，为银行业务的快速增长赋能。
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、金融或相关专业背景，2年以上产品经理工作经验。
- 熟悉银行金融业务，具备企业微信或类似平台的管理与运营经验。
- 具备出色的逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力和沟通协调能力，能够与技术、设计、运营等团队紧密合作。
- 对产品细节有极致追求，善于发现问题并解决问题，具备快速学习和适应能力。
- 具备较强的责任心和抗压能力，能够在高压环境下保持冷静并有效解决问题。
