## Job description

岗位职责
- 对公客户经理基本法管理。
- 对公销售团队管理。
- 对公销售队伍人员考核管理。
- 对公外勤编制资源配置。
- 通过创新管理，加强队伍建设以提升队伍的自主活力。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、管理、人力资源等相关专业优先。

### 工作经验
- 3年以上银行对公业务或团队管理经验，有总行或大型分行队伍管理经验者优先。

### 专业能力
- 熟悉对公业务体系及考核机制，具备队伍规划、绩效管理、培训体系建设能力。

### 管理能力
- 能统筹分行对公客户经理的选拔、考核、晋升及退出机制，推动队伍效能提升。

### 其它要求
- 具有良好的数据分析能力和跨部门协作能力，逻辑清晰，抗压能力强，具备较强的制度撰写与汇报能力。
