## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接维护分行私行客户，建立和维护高净值客户群，保持客户资产规模增长，增加营收，提高客户忠诚度；
- 通过客户转介和自拓增加私行客户，促进潜力客户升级；
- 以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议、财富分析和规划，做好客户的风险偏好、财务状况评估，以资产配置的方式向客户推荐合适的金融产品。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 从事理财投资、理财经理2年及以上并持有基金从业资格证，有私行理财经验者优先；
- 熟悉银行产品，服务营销能力强，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先；
- 追求卓越、具有商业敏感性，沟通协调能力强，合规意识强。
