## Job description

岗位职责
- 依托公司金融客户资源，通过网、电、移一体化（网络+电话+移动终端）的远程营销平台建立与客户的直接联系，推荐理财产品；
- 以客户为中心，为客户提供个性化的服务方案，持续提升客户服务体验；
- 完成各类商机客户的产品及活动服务，完成品质指标。善于运用市场数据解读进行投后服务或作为销售谈资，具有复杂产品销售能力；
- 与客户保持长期、良好的互动关系，持续地收集、反馈投资市场信息，及时提供投资新策略、新建议；
- 落实合规要求及风险管理工作，确保服务合法合规。 任职资格 1、本科以上学历，持有基金从业资格证； 2、1年以上金融行业从业经验，了解金融产品体系及基本逻辑； 3、普通话标准，沟通能力强，能承受一定的工作压力； 4、具有客户经营、数据分析、电话营销经验优先。
