## Job description

### 岗位职责 综合销售运营/行政管理的工作重点是销售分析和汇报，包括
- 选择、管理和培训销售人员相关系统、数据库和流程
- 订单处理和客户支持，包括告知客户产品缺货、预计交货日期、价格变动等
- 组织面向客户的销售研讨会和讲习班
- 管理销售印刷品和手册的库存
- 开展竞争对手研究，维护竞争对手信息库
- 准备客户咨询、销售趋势、客户投诉、交货/服务问题、退货理由等相关报告 任职资格
- 大专以上学历，在金融、金融-保险行业，有1-5年销售主管工作经验，有在世界500强任职经历优先。
- 担任销售管理，
- 熟悉共同资源类技能-人力资源-人力培训、营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户发展、营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户关系管理，
