## Job description

岗位职责

### 数字化经营项目管理
- 负责统筹数字化经营项目、建立公司经营杜邦分析体系，统一数据标准，维护指标字典，搭建经营分析平台。

### 数据需求梳理与沟通
- 根据各层级经营数据需求，设计并搭建各类日常经营报表及数据产品，确保数据可视化展示直观易懂。

### 数据监控与异常处理
- 对日常数据进行监控，识别异常波动，快速响应并分析原因，为业务部门提供预警和应对建议。

### 业务支持与培训
- 解答业务部门数据相关疑问，组织并开展数据培训，营造数据驱动的业务文化。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 拥有统计学、计算机科学、信息管理、金融工程或相关领域的本科及以上学历。

### 工作经验
- 至少3年以上的数据分析或相关领域工作经验，有保险行业背景者优先。

### 专业技能
- 精通SQL、Excel、Power BI或Tableau等数据分析工具，熟悉保险行业知识，对保险产品、精算原理有一定了解者优先。

### 业务理解力
- 具备较强的逻辑思维能力和业务敏感度，能够快速理解业务需求并转化为数据产品方案。

### 沟通与领导力
- 出色的跨部门沟通协调能力，能够有效推动项目进展。

### 持续学习与创新
- 在快速变化的环境中保持学习热情，快速适应新技术和新工具。
