## Job description

岗位职责 1 依据医保政策及条款协议，负责对案件进行扣费操作，包括查库扣费、责任扣费、减损扣费等，确保扣费的合规性、准确性和及时性，提升案件处理效率。 2 根据作业规则，负责对影响自动审核的部分信息进行预审，确保信息的完整性和准确性，为后续审核提供可靠基础，提升审核效率。 3 根据案件情况，结合理赔作业规则，负责对医疗险初级案件进行核责定损，并实施风险管控措施，确保案件处理的公正性、合规性和高效性，降低潜在风险。 4 负责收集反馈业务处理中发现的理赔信息、系统运作及业务流程问题，并提供改进建议和对策依据，推动业务流程优化和系统功能完善。 5 完成领导交给的其他相关工作，确保团队目标的顺利达成。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，保险、医学、法学等相关专业优先，有医疗理赔或保险行业相关工作经验者优先
- 熟悉保险基础知识及理赔流程，了解医疗、法律相关知识，能够熟练使用办公软件开展工作
- 责任心强，具备良好的职业操守和服务意识，具有较强的分析判断能力、沟通协调能力及抗压能力
