## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责各经营单位绩效考核的制定、统计工作。
- 根据风险管理部和风险条线年度、月度工作计划或重大项目进行规划、可行性分析、实施计划的制定、推动、落实、跟进等。
- 基于绩效考核对经营单位执行效果进行评价。跟进意见及管理建议的落实与执行。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、管理、财务类等专业。
- 具有银行、证券、基金、信托等金融机构的实习经历者优先考虑。
- 具备良好的逻辑分析能力、财务分析能力。
- 熟练掌握数理统计及SAS运用者优先考虑。
- 善于沟通，有良好的团队合作意识及能力。
