## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责组织分行做好区域市场营销、业务拓展、客户建设、产品销售、积极推动各项业务发展；
- 负责支行团队建设、条线协调和整体发展工作；以及风险防范、内控合规等工作的落实；
- 负责管理所在分行内团队、有效辅导下属，培养人才；带领团队健康成长；实现经营单位的可持续发展。 任职资格

### 基本条件
- 本科及以上学历，具备公司、零售业务经验，熟悉业务产品和经营重点；

### 岗位要求
- 符合监管对分支行高级管理人员的任职资格要求；

### 绩效要求
- 过往绩效优异（近1年前40%），表现突出的可适当放宽；

### 违规违纪
- 无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
