## Job description

岗位职责
- 农险理赔指导、案件审核；
- 制定农险理赔指引、细则；
- 负责外聘专岗培训、考核；
- 追踪理赔品质。
- 科技应用落地推动 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，农业、金融管理、保险、气象遥感、精算、财务、数理统计、工科、计算机、大数据管理或相近专业；
- 熟悉农业相关政策，了解农业基本知识，有理赔工作经验优先；
- 执行力强、有耐心、学习理解能力强 。
